About the position

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a UX & Visual Design Analyst to join our Government & Public Services practice. In this role, you will be a vital member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to tackle multidimensional problems, enhance performance, and create value for our clients. As organizations face significant changes and challenges, they require trusted advisors to help them navigate these complexities. Our Analysts work closely with clients to develop strategies that address their unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring they meet their objectives effectively. As a UX & Visual Design Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to improve customer experience by collaborating with stakeholders to define workflows and design user interfaces. You will visualize new concepts through sketches, early-stage wireframes, and service design visualizations. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, or related fields. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of solving complex problems and effectively communicating their findings. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define workflows and design user interfaces.
  • Visualize new concepts including sketches, early stage wireframes, and service design visualizations.
  • Solve multidimensional problems to improve performance and generate value for clients.
  • Work as part of a diverse team to deliver strategies that help clients adapt to challenges and opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development within the consulting practice.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by August 2025 or a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, or related areas.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required.
