About the position

As a Web Designer for Delta Vacations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of the company by creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, graphics, and email templates. This position requires collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that all digital assets align with Delta's design standards and effectively engage both B2B and B2C audiences. Your work will directly contribute to the overall user experience and functionality of Delta Vacations' websites.

Responsibilities

• Support the conceptualization and design of the user flow and graphical interface of Delta Vacations websites and web development products.
• Design and develop web pages according to Delta and Delta Vacations' design standards, considering user experience and audience requirements.
• Collaborate with the email marketing team on strategy and templates according to Delta and Delta Vacations' design standards.
• Participate in and lead design discussions during project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), HTML, CSS, and web design tools (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong web design skills and understanding of web browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong English language, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• Web development experience.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience for Senior Web Designer role.
• Travel and/or tourism industry experience.
• Knowledge of Delta Vacations programs and brands.
• Strong experience with web development tools, content management systems, and technology platforms.
