About the position

The Demand Generation Manager, Executive Programs at Nexthink is responsible for executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns aimed at Executive-level job titles. This role is crucial for building and implementing campaign strategies that enhance digital adoption and improve employee efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and internal leadership to optimize campaign performance and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely within the marketing organization to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns for executive audiences.
  • Build relationships and work with Nexthink Executive leadership on speaking engagements, nurturing, and other practices to run the Executive Programs.
  • Provide the field teams information on tactics and collect feedback on activity.
  • Manage and monitor multiple campaign tactics simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiatives.
  • Work with third-party vendors to execute and own tactics such as webinars, content syndication, direct mail campaigns, and more.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Executive marketing program execution experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing marketing campaigns and plans for high-growth, B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
  • Familiarity and comfort with tools within the marketing stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, Pathfactory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with 3rd party vendors.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
