About the position

The Demand Generation Marketer at HeyGen will be responsible for building and scaling outbound marketing initiatives targeted at the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This role focuses on creating integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth across all stages of the marketing funnel, leveraging a hands-on approach to ensure rapid execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build innovative and enticing programs to help prospects discover HeyGen.
  • Shape HeyGen's demand generation efforts with a hands-on approach.
  • Develop prescriptive demand generation playbooks and experiments for various segments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to execute marketing programs.
  • Build LinkedIn campaigns, write outreach messaging, and plan events for prospects.
  • Craft compelling messaging and copy across landing pages, emails, and advertising.
  • Partner with the brand team to test and optimize creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Make strategic decisions to enhance high-performing initiatives and adjust underperforming efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Deep expertise in integrated campaigns.
  • Experience with content, paid social, event, and outbound tactics.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to balance quick wins with long-term strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on numbers and analytics.
  • Ability to create hypotheses and test their validity quickly.
  • Autonomous and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on processes.
