About the position

The Demand Generation Marketer at Standard Metrics will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand and expanding the customer base. This role involves leveraging digital marketing strategies to engage potential customers, retain existing ones, and enhance the company's market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, including the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns
  • Experiment and execute on new channel strategies (webinars, organic social, and digital and event sponsorships)
  • Develop and manage detailed reporting for traffic, pipeline, revenue, spend, and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive data analysis and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
  • Manage relationships with related vendors/agencies (digital, social, marketing automation), and re/evaluate agency performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand gen and/or digital marketing experience at a growing B2B SaaS startup
  • Extensive experience in email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Enthusiasm for experimentation and operating in a lean and scrappy manner as we scale our business
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Experience working with startups and/or VCs a plus
