About the position

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Crunchtime will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of demand generation strategies. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and data-driven execution, focusing on campaign execution, lead generation, and collaboration with sales teams to create multi-channel marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies targeting key segments to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across multiple channels including email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign messaging, landing pages, ads, emails, and other necessary assets.
  • Define KPIs for demand generation campaigns and track, analyze, and report on their performance, including ROI and lead quality.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, lead flow, and campaign impact on revenue.
  • Plan and manage paid media efforts, including SEM, social media advertising, and retargeting, ensuring programs drive ROI.
  • Collaborate on SEO initiatives and website performance optimization, including A/B testing for conversion optimization.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and the BDR team to forecast and monitor lead performance, designing lead generation strategies and sales handoff processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and demand generation best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing and collaboration with sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
