About the position

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager at 12twenty will play a crucial role in driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. This position focuses on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and optimizing campaign performance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies and enhance the company's outreach to elite early career professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of demand generation campaigns, focusing on generating MQLs and optimizing conversion rates
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product update communications
  • Optimize eCommerce funnels, with a focus on abandoned cart recovery and upsell automations
  • Manage and create content for organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
  • Develop, manage, and analyze LinkedIn Ads campaigns, working alongside a content designer as needed
  • Plan, run, and report on A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates

Requirements

  • HubSpot Marketing Certification is required
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth with eCommerce and email funnel strategies
  • Strong background in strategy, planning, executing, and reporting on A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid content management
  • Experience in planning, creating, and publishing organic social content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
