About the position

As a Demand Inventory Agent at WholesomeCo, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory of our cannabis products. This part-time position requires you to work 20-25 hours per week, primarily on weekends, with the possibility of some weekday shifts. Your responsibilities will include unboxing, counting, and organizing products in designated areas of the shop, as well as utilizing a daily inventory log to track product movement. You will assist pharmacy agents with inventory-related inquiries and monitor inventory levels in key areas of the pharmacy to ensure that stock is maintained appropriately. Additionally, you will be responsible for restocking products and alerting upper management when inventory is running low. You will also maintain the organization and cleanliness of the inventory room by reducing clutter and consolidating products. Familiarity with MJ Freeway software will be beneficial as you will use it to search for products and manage online menus. At the end of each month, you will assist in preparing for inventory counts by counting all products in the shop and reporting the findings to the state. Furthermore, you will help with vendor deliveries by verifying product information such as item IDs and batch numbers. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to take direction from management to perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities

• Unbox, count, and organize products in appropriate areas around the shop
• Utilize daily inventory log to record movement of product
• Assist pharmacy agents with questions regarding inventory
• Constantly monitor inventory levels in key areas of the pharmacy
• Restock product in key areas of the pharmacy and alert upper management when product is running low
• Maintain inventory room organized and clean by reducing clutter and consolidating product
• Utilize MJ Freeway to search for product and turn product on or off our online menus
• Assist with end of month count preparation by counting all product in the shop and reporting to the state
• Assist with vendor deliveries by counting product that is dropped off and verifying key information like item IDs and Batch numbers of product
• Take direction from management to perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and carry up to 50lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to adjust to a start-up environment that is fast paced and constantly changing
• High school diploma or greater
• Previous inventory/warehouse experience, preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to work every weekend (Friday and Saturday) and some holidays
