About the position

The Demand Manager, Sales Enablement at KPMG is responsible for managing the overall demand intake process for the KPMG Engage platform. This role involves reviewing, categorizing, assessing, prioritizing, and rationalizing demand to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap and program priorities. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and leadership to enhance the demand process and deliver new capabilities through special projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall demand intake process for the KPMG Engage platform.
• Review, categorize, assess, prioritize, and rationalize demand in preparation for assessment and approval.
• Identify similar requests and consolidate demand.
• Evaluate demand against the overall roadmap and provide recommendations to drive delivery of backlog aligned to US and Global priorities.
• Lead the US Demand Management Governance team in maintaining a current backlog and prioritization criteria.
• Apply lessons learned and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the demand process over time.
• Collaborate with the Global KPMG Engage team and leadership stakeholders on US Demand Management.
• Assist with KPMG Engage special projects to deliver new capabilities, including program management activities and requirement capture.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of recent experience focused on technology implementations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with managing demand for large enterprise platforms; background with Salesforce preferred.
• Effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors.
