About the position

The Demand Manager, Sales Enablement at KPMG is responsible for overseeing the demand intake process for the KPMG Engage platform. This role involves evaluating and prioritizing demand, collaborating with global teams, and leading governance efforts to enhance the demand management process. The position is crucial for aligning demand with organizational priorities and driving the delivery of backlog items.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall demand intake process for the KPMG Engage platform.
  • Review, categorize, assess, prioritize, and rationalize demand in preparation for assessment and approval.
  • Evaluate demand against overall roadmap and program priorities, providing recommendations for backlog delivery.
  • Lead the US Demand Management Governance team in maintaining a current backlog and prioritization criteria.
  • Collaborate with the Global KPMG Engage team and leadership stakeholders on US Demand Management.
  • Assist with KPMG Engage special projects to deliver new capabilities, including program management activities and requirement capture.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience focused on technology implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing demand for large enterprise platforms; background with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors.
