The Demand Planner/Forecast Analyst at Viaflex plays a crucial role in forecasting product demand and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing costs. Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to forecast future demand for products based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights into customer demand and market dynamics.
• Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks.
• Conduct capacity and growth scenario planning to anticipate future business needs.
• Manage and maintain capacity planning and statistical analysis processes and tools.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to measure plan accuracy and effectiveness.
• Identify potential products to exit or enhance and recommend changes to improve product flow.
• Provide recommendations on system and process improvements within the supply chain.
• Support department improvement initiatives and promote the division's quality management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
