About the position

The Demand Planner I at Fagron is responsible for proactively managing demand and identifying risks while optimizing vendor replenishment. This role collaborates with sales to validate forecast accuracy and ensure product availability targets are met at minimum operating costs and optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform updates to ensure forecast and planning tools are current
• Perform data updates to ERP to maintain alignment between Planning tools and ERP
• Provide data to internal parties upon request
• Work with senior members of demand planning team to expand knowledge of department focus and efforts
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Demand Planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience
• User-level knowledge of major ERP/MRP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to respond innovatively to complex challenges in business and technology
• Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
