About the position

The Demand Planner will play a crucial role in supporting the demand forecasting processes that drive the supply chain operations at Coke Florida. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a consensus forecast, manage integrated business processes, and optimize resource allocation to meet customer and consumer needs effectively. The Demand Planner will also be responsible for evaluating statistical forecasts, assessing forecast quality, and supporting the Sales & Operations execution process.

Responsibilities

  • Support and provide feedback for the development of the statistical demand forecast process based on a defined framework.
  • Apply promotional and lifecycle planning modules to create a statistical forecast with a rolling 26-week time horizon.
  • Evaluate the results of the statistical forecast at various levels against mid-term derived customer forecasts.
  • Understand variances in forecasts and make necessary adjustments to reflect appropriate demand results.
  • Assist with the Sales & Operations execution process to drive consensus forecasts with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct proactive forecast quality assessments using trend analysis and actual results.
  • Collaborate with other planners to enable integrated planning activities and processes.
  • Support the management of material introduction and deletion for forecast needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Strong forecast and supply planning experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP APO preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Benefits
