About The Position

The Demand Planner at Polaroid International BV is responsible for product demand and revenue planning across the U.S. customer base, aiming to enhance forecast accuracy. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams in the U.S. and Amsterdam, as well as key retail partners, to ensure effective planning and execution of promotional strategies and inventory management.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize and manipulate data using formulas and pivot tables.
• 3-5 years of experience in wholesale on retail products with key U.S. retailers.
• Familiarity with vendor portals such as Target, Best Buy, Walmart, and Amazon.
• Experience with demand planning tools, like Anaplan, is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with project management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning for unit- & revenue forecast (short- & long term) across the product portfolio using Anaplan planning tool.
• Promotional planning to align with Sales team's forecast and product needs.
• Analyze sell-through data for key customers as part of the planning and reporting process.
• Track inbound products to align with monthly/quarterly needs and revenue recognition.
• Conduct regular customer planning meetings to align on demand, promotional schedules, and inventory needs.
• Manage annual budget planning and provide ongoing monthly and quarterly updates.
• Roll up U.S. region data to the global team for long-term needs.
• Plan SKU transitions with cost analysis.
