Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Demand Planner to join our team in Coralville, Iowa. The Demand Planner will play a crucial role in developing production and supply plans that align with forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity through our sales and operational planning processes and tools. This position is integral to the Demand Planning team and will require on-site presence in Coralville. In this role, you will support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for designated value streams or product categories. You will assist Sales Management in developing customer forecast data and order projections, analyze Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data, trends, and future demand, and escalate any short and mid-term supply or demand gaps to L1/L2 leaders. Additionally, you will ensure that rigorous processes are in place for measuring, conducting root cause analysis, and continuously improving key performance indicators.
