About the position

The Demand Planner at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for coordinating activities across various functions to deliver a mid to long-term Demand Plan that supports profitable business growth and maintains optimal in-stock levels for core products. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with commercial partners to align on demand reviews, seasonal planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Demand Plan for a given Sales Channel in the Americas Region, adjusting and aligning with commercial needs as seasonal buy execution approaches.
  • Interpret changes in the buying process into product investment, optimizing the balance of revenue with inventory to support company goals.
  • Lead inventory and supply planning efforts to proactively manage in-stock levels.
  • Propose seasonal and in-season stocking strategies to commercial leads to balance margin and revenue generation with optimal working capital levels.
  • Coordinate actions upstream into the supply chain to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot supply lines, optimizing inventory across the Americas Region for a given sales channel.
  • Participate in consolidation needs for the regional demand plan.
  • Make significant contributions to the regional demand review.
  • Work closely with the Global MFP team to understand and shepherd seasonal plans into region-channel enriched plans.
  • Coordinate activity with regional merchandisers to ensure priorities and focus of the region-channel are captured in all MFP related tools and updates.
  • Participate as needed in IBP/Seasonal Plan Alignment and other meetings to represent priorities of the Americas sales channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
  • Experience in Merchandising Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionality.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $80,000 - $90,000
  • Eligibility to participate in a company incentive program.
