About the position

The Demand Planner plays a crucial role in fulfillment operations by forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and aligning supply with demand forecasts. Responsibilities

  • Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels.

  • Lead production meetings to address customer demand and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment planning role.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proven track record of building relationships within organizations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves
