The Demand Planner at OrganOx plays a crucial role in forecasting customer demand and developing demand plans that ensure inventory deliverables are met consistently and cost-effectively. This position is integral to the company's operations, particularly as OrganOx continues to expand its presence in North America. The Demand Planner will work under the supervision of the Director of Operations, North America, and will be responsible for both revenue and non-revenue demand plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the global Integrated Business Planning Process. In this role, the Demand Planner will analyze historical sales trends and gather data from various internal and external sources to understand factors that influence demand. They will manage the demand plan within the Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) process for the US and North America markets, facilitating monthly demand plan review meetings with all business partners. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is essential to understand demand forecast drivers and set goals that balance carrying costs with service level objectives. The Demand Planner will also assess demand plan performance through monthly KPI reviews, develop and manage inventory KPIs, and work closely with the supply chain team to optimize order flow and inventory levels. This position requires a keen analytical mindset to refine forecasting systems and methods, ensuring that customer and business needs are anticipated effectively.
