The Demand Planner plays a crucial role in forecasting for assigned apparel brands, combining analytical skills with team collaboration to ensure an efficient supply chain. This position leverages data insights to drive strategic decisions that influence business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop demand plans for assigned apparel brands based on forecast models and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and refine demand forecasts.
• Create advanced models to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of various business scenarios.
• Synthesize historical data and current trends to generate accurate forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting processes and systems.
• Manage and maintain purchase orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Develop contingency plans to balance inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in supply chain management or demand planning.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
