We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand Planner to join our team. The Demand Planner will be responsible for forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and optimizing the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with ERP/MRP systems. In this role, you will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products using historical data, market trends, and business insights. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather information and improve forecast accuracy. Monitoring and analyzing demand patterns to identify trends, risks, and opportunities will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. You will work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely product availability and utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage demand planning processes and maintain accurate data. Preparing and presenting demand planning reports to management, providing insights and recommendations, and continuously improving demand planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy will also be part of your duties.
