About the position

The Demand Planner will support the collection, management, and analysis of hardware demand and fulfillment tasks within a leading technology company. This role focuses on developing and communicating product forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of hardware for vehicle implementation, and maintaining adequate supply to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collection of Hardware demands from multiple sources
  • Validate and drive collected demand to approval through established processes
  • Load and manage approved hardware demand into LN ERP system efficiently and accurately
  • Responsible for reviews, reports, and statuses of approved and loaded demand with customers and other supply chain teams
  • Manage and facilitate delivery timeline of hardware and other goods to ensure key hardware build and test activities are not blocked
  • Coordinate customer delivery after receipt in tandem with the inventory and shipping team
  • Coordinate review meetings and metrics for spares health and statuses with customer and partner teams
  • Work with purchasing department to track on time delivery and updates for expected receipts of needed product for both engineering and operational needs and spares

Requirements

  • Experience in demand planning or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably LN ERP
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies
