As a Demand Planner at ZAGG Brands, you will play a crucial role in managing and forecasting demand for our innovative mobile accessory products. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain accurate forecast models by SKU for key accounts, utilizing business intelligence and forecast information gathered from various departments including sales, marketing, and finance. You will analyze various factors that impact demand, such as category trends, promotions, competitive products, and seasonality, to build statistical models that quantify the business environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the market dynamics and the ability to manage demand forecasts effectively, taking into account trends, seasonality, and promotional activities while also considering channel inventory and product life cycles. In addition to forecasting, you will lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment meetings with key accounts, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You will partner closely with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, and customers to make informed decisions that minimize financial impacts and achieve targets for forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, and customer in-stock percentages. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to relay information about material shortages and delays to the appropriate customer contacts. You will also lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings for key accounts, driving the agenda and ensuring that all relevant data is considered in decision-making processes.
