About the position

The Demand Scheduler at NCR Atleos is responsible for managing the daily shipment of small parts, ensuring that all information sources are current and that the production plan is maintained. This role involves coordinating schedules for ATMs and parts, responding to emails to resolve issues related to orders, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily shipment of small parts.
• Update parts with tracking numbers and ensure all information sources are current.
• Maintain the production plan daily, including scheduling orders for staging, quality control, shipping, and delivery.
• Request parts and branding materials that are not in inventory.
• Coordinate schedules for ATMs and parts to ensure alignment among teams.
• Respond promptly to emails to resolve issues related to orders and warehouse activities.
• Demonstrate Oracle Cloud system configurations for Inventory, Order Management, Work Order Execution, and Procurement Requisition.
• Coordinate projects from beginning to end with the Sr Demand Planner and other internal customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the Inventory/Demand Team.
• Build and manage relationships with internal customers.
• Manage, plan, and execute small to large-sized projects.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment.
• Project management skills to complete projects.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond promptly to issues.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with inventory management and production planning.
