About the position

The Demand Planner role at Integrated Resources, Inc. focuses on the effective distribution of products and services to customers. The position involves setting, reviewing, and reconciling demand plans to maximize revenues while minimizing closeout inventory. The Demand Planner will lead demand management and performance analysis, ensuring operational excellence through effective communication and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Set, review, and reconcile periodic demand plans including assortments, flow, drops, and stock-keeping unit productivity.
• Lead demand management by communicating purchase positions, forecast variances, and resolving category-specific inventory issues.
• Analyze demand and delivery performance, building inventory management awareness and tracking key targets on inventory and delivery performance.
• Utilize planning tools and systems to ensure accuracy and effective communication regarding inventory management.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Experience in assortment planning and demand management is essential.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
