About the position

As a Demand Planner at Intelliswift Software Inc., you will play a crucial role in forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring effective multi-channel sell-through strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate weekly and quarterly supply plans that align with the company's financial objectives. This involves evaluating potential risks and planning contingency measures to mitigate them effectively. You will analyze product sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive necessary actions within partner groups. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with regional product planning teams to ensure that supply plans meet the sales requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Marketing and New Product Operations teams to determine launch quantities for new product introductions and facilitate smooth transitions for existing products. Your role will also involve working with global procurement teams to allocate constrained components, achieve raw material inventory targets, and minimize material obsolescence during product transitions. You will be responsible for presenting product updates and recommended actions to the Operations executive management team on a weekly basis. Identifying improvement opportunities within the product planning process will be essential, as you will need to marshal resources and drive projects to completion. This position requires a proactive approach to demand planning and a strong ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure the success of product launches and inventory management.

Responsibilities
