About the position

The Demand Planner at 3PL Vision LLC is responsible for generating and assessing demand forecasts that drive the supply chain process, resource allocation, and customer service needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create a consensus forecast and manage integrated business processes to optimize business outcomes in Florida. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create a consensus forecast that serves as a single source of truth for accountability.
  • Manage integrated business processes of planning to deliver customer value propositions.
  • Enable execution of segmented customer and consumer service models with effective program design.
  • Allocate resources to optimize business outcomes while managing trade-offs and investment decisions.
  • Support the development of the statistical demand forecast process based on a defined framework.
  • Apply promotional and lifecycle planning modules to create a statistical forecast with a rolling 26-week time horizon.
  • Evaluate statistical forecast results against mid-term derived customer forecasts and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with the Sales & Operations execution process to drive consensus forecasts with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct proactive forecast quality assessments using trend analysis and actual results.
  • Collaborate with other planners to enable integrated planning activities and processes.
  • Support management of material introduction and deletion for forecast needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Strong experience in forecasting and supply planning.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP APO preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
