The US Demand Planning team is seeking an Associate Demand Planner to assist with daily and weekly tasks during a period of team member leave. This role presents a unique opportunity to broaden your experience within the demand planning function of the company. As an Associate Demand Planner, you will learn about the critical role our team plays in the organization and the various tactics and strategies we employ to meet our objectives. You will have the chance to develop relationships with key sales and marketing partners, which is essential for effective demand planning. In this position, you will be involved in several key activities, including the implementation of demand planning using Anaplan, conducting moderate analysis in Excel, and modeling and analyzing seasonality profiles. You will also be responsible for vetting volume projections at the toy, account, and brand levels, as well as improving forecasting accuracy and bias targets. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
