About the position

The Demand Planning & Amazon Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and analyzing the backend operations of the Amazon business to ensure smooth functioning. This role involves forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment processes, as well as collaborating with various teams to optimize sales and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze the backend of the Amazon business.
• Forecast sales and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee fulfillment processes to Amazon FBA.
• Handle Seller Central case management.
• Conduct reseller arbitrage activities.
• Analyze Amazon sales history and in-stock rates.
• Collaborate on promotional efforts to determine stock availability.
• Prepare sales reporting for the team and management.
• Work with logistics to place POs for delivery to Amazon FBA.
• Navigate product health issues in Seller Central.
• Monitor customer feedback for improvements.
• Align with the Amazon Marketing Manager on creative priorities.
• Launch, merchandise, and monitor product health across all brands.

Requirements

• Experience with Seller Central is required.
• Strong analytical skills for sales and inventory management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and logistics teams.
• Experience in forecasting and inventory management.
