About the position

The Demand Planning Manager for North America will lead the demand planning and forecasting processes for Coca-Cola's North American operations, focusing on the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico markets. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to create accurate demand plans that drive business decisions and improve supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Demand Planning and Forecasting processes for CPS North America.
  • Collect information from SAP to build sales demand plans to drive business decisions.
  • Support ongoing business activities such as S&OP's, Rolling Estimate, Business Planning, and BCP.
  • Provide detailed analysis of demand plans, leveraging data segmentation and understanding demand drivers.
  • Establish routines with CCNA to improve the quality of the demand signal to CPS.
  • Manage the Demand Plans for Canada and Puerto Rico by collaborating with customers to establish a consensus forecast.
  • Ensure system data accuracy in APO to deliver realistic demand plans to the Plants.
  • Integrate the regional Demand Planning team as a member of the Shared Services team, driving process improvement.
  • Report demand KPIs and establish root cause analysis and improvement actions.

Requirements

  • University/Bachelor's Degree
  • Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Demand, Budget or Supply Planning areas.
  • Strong business acumen on North America Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Expertise in Demand Planning & Forecasting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP and APO systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at different organizational levels.
