This position requires a blend of analytical skills and industry experience to forecast product demand, optimize inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine product volume needs using historical sales and future promo strategies.
• Develop forecasts by analyzing sales trends and using statistical models in Excel and Anaplan.
• Collaborate with teams to understand the impact of product promotions on demand.
• Align demand projections with cross-functional teams.
• Present forecast analytics to Senior Leadership.
• Prepare and maintain ad-hoc demand planning reports.
• Analyze and adjust strategies based on sales performance.
• Work with Category Management partners on product sales strategies.
• Maintain key performance metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory, sales, and margin.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on launches/promotions to Category Management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve margin.
• Work with Category Management to minimize unproductive inventory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Cosmetics Company experience.

Benefits

• Contract position with hourly pay of $24 - $25.
