Responsibilities

  • Draft demand letters that articulate logical arguments and summarize medical evidence and injuries for clients.
  • Review medical records to understand the complexities of personal injuries and treatments.
  • Collaborate with an attorney-led team to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of demand letters.
  • Meet weekly goals in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Provide writing samples and complete writing prompts as part of the interview process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong writing and reading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to review complex medical records and draft summaries.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of work ethic.
  • Desire to advocate for clients and understand the importance of the work.

Nice-to-haves
