About the position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists and ensuring the highest level of patient care. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is eager to help grow our brand new, state-of-the-art, modern pediatric dental and orthodontic office. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, and taking digital dental X-rays, for which a New Jersey x-ray license is required. You will also provide chairside assistance for our pediatric dentist and orthodontist, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. It is essential that you are comfortable working with children and possess a friendly personality. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. We encourage any assistant with an x-ray license, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to apply! Responsibilities

Requirements
