  • Conduct thorough reviews of patients' health histories to ensure quality care.
  • Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology.
  • Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures in accordance with state regulations.
  • Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
  • Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA & CDC recommendations.
  • Manage supply and inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to implement office systems and maximize workflow.

Requirements

  • Valid Certified Dental Assistant certification (if required by state).
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
  • Dental assisting school certification.
