Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform various office and administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.
• Prepare examination rooms between appointments to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Sterilize rooms, equipment, and instruments to uphold stringent hygiene standards.
• Take dental impressions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges, and oral surgery.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification required.
• X-ray certification preferred.
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
