About the position

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with dental software, familiar with implants, and capable of performing various dental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort throughout treatment.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patients' health histories to provide quality care.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures in accordance with state regulations.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
- Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA & CDC recommendations.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with providers to implement office systems and maximize workflow.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification if required by state law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting.
- Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
- Certification from a dental assisting school.
