Responsibilities
- Support the dentist and team in providing quality patient care within state regulations.
- Set up and break down treatment rooms.
- Take and develop x-rays.
- Provide chairside support during dental procedures.
- Take impressions for prosthetics.
- Provide post-operative instructions and care to patients.
- Assist in presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and professional environment in the dental practice.
Requirements
- Active Dental Assistant (DA) certification.
- X-ray certification.
- Experience in oral surgery and taking impressions for prosthetics.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced office.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
