About the position
Community Health Services (CHS) is seeking a Dental Assistant to work full time in our Fostoria office. We offer competitive pay and excellent health care benefits. This position is Monday through Friday-no weekends or holidays. The Assistant will work closely with other members of the dental team to ensure the oral needs of patients are met. Pay begins at $20.00/hour- will consider years of experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid Ohio Radiography license
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people
- Computer experience required
- Ability to work as a team
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) is preferred, but not required
- Certified Ohio Dental Assistant (CODA) through the Ohio Commission on Dental Assistant Certification (OCDAC) is preferred, but not required
