  • Manage each case through Digital Designs' process, coordinating with the support team for advanced cases as needed.
  • Enter all case details into the database application to document and track completion for customers.
  • Conduct periodic outreach calls and emails to maintain customer relationships and identify service improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365.
  • Mature and professional individual with a team-first mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant or front desk experience in a dental office.
