About the position

We are growing and would love for you to join our amazing team! We are looking for a front desk receptionist for our orthodontic office at Good Day Orthodontics. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as we value enthusiasm and a desire to grow in the role. While experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is a plus, it is not a requirement. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse patient base. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning new skills and enjoys working in a small and supportive environment. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and ensuring that their experience is as smooth as possible. Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phone calls
• Calling dental insurances
• Processing payments

Requirements

• Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Strong communication skills, especially in Spanish
