About the position

Lewis Family and Implant Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and professional receptionist/scheduling coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our front office and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. The working hours are from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with some half days on Fridays. The role will be available starting September 16th, allowing for a two-week training period as our current front office receptionist is retiring at the end of September. As a receptionist/scheduling coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and your responsibilities will include managing appointments, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office, familiarity with Eaglesoft and Revenue Well software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
