Responsibilities

• Updating patient records and conducting X-ray procedures.
• Charting and preparing exam tools for dental procedures.
• Providing periodontal care and preventive treatment.
• Performing dental restorative procedures and expanded functions.
• Administering anesthesia as required.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Assisting in infection control measures.
• Participating in the development of dental education programs.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school.
• Active WA state Dental Hygiene license.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts.
• Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages.
• Effective time management and resource utilization.
• High level of dexterity and coordination.
• Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
