This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive salary ranging from $93,000 to $104,000 per year, which includes annualized base salary and incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. New hires can choose between a sign-on bonus of $1,000 monthly for the first 10 months or a relocation stipend of $10,000. Responsibilities
- Develop patient care plans alongside the doctor using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.
- Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education.
- Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
