This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $93,600 to $101,920 per year, which includes both base salary and incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. As part of our commitment to attracting top talent, we are pleased to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 monthly stipend for the first five months of employment, which can be utilized for various expenses such as gym memberships, childcare, and housing. We are committed to your professional growth, offering ongoing in-person and virtual training through TAG U, covering a variety of topics such as clinical practices, operations, management, and leadership. Additionally, we provide free continuing education (CE) opportunities to help you expand your knowledge and skills. In this role, you will be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP). You will manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education, while also collaborating with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
