Responsibilities
- Provide dental hygiene services to patients.
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document medical histories and dental procedures accurately.
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Participate in continuing education and training sessions.
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in New York.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
- CPR Certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills.
