About the position
Cincinnati Dental Services is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join their team. This role offers a flexible schedule, a four-day work week, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes providing exceptional patient care and education, supported by a robust mentorship program and access to high-quality supplies and labs. The Dental Hygienist will play a crucial role in the patient care team, ensuring patients receive the time and care they need.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental hygiene care and education to patients.
- Perform dental patient screenings and medical history documentation.
- Utilize dental hygiene procedures and equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver exceptional care.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs.
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in Ohio.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
- CPR Certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
