About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring professional phone etiquette and effective use of phone systems.
  • Insurance billing, submit/appeals claims
  • Office Accounting
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including files and documentation related to office operations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with budgeting requirements.
  • Support team management by facilitating communication among staff and coordinating team activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Dentrix, QB).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
