About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced front desk administrator for our general dentistry office located at 7209 Hanover Parkway, Greenbelt, MD. This position can be filled on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate's availability and preference. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in a dental or healthcare setting, and will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently. As a front desk administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are preferred as this will enhance communication with our diverse patient base. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $16 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, matching contributions, dental insurance, and paid time off. The work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed. Responsibilities
