Responsibilities

• Ensure fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the dental office.
• Assist in dental team development and build positive relationships with the dentist and team members.
• Manage schedules to meet daily dentistry goals.
• Motivate office team members and seek ways to improve the dental practice.
• Manage all front and back office tasks, including daily operations, employee and patient relations, and performance management.
• Achieve revenue goals by overseeing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination.
• Work with the Doctor and patients to ensure treatment plans are completed and educate patients on insurance benefits and payment options.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and relationship-building skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is helpful.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
• Strong marketing background.
• Proven and successful treatment planning case acceptance and closing rates preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
