In this role, you will lead all office operations, supporting the clinical team to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will undergo a ten-week training program designed to equip you with essential business and leadership skills necessary for success within our organization. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient service, consulting with patients on treatment options, managing insurance payments and collections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and dental board standards. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining office staff, reviewing monthly business results, managing profit and loss, and creating strategies to enhance profitability. Daily huddles with the team will be a key part of your role, setting expectations to optimize both patient experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all office operations in support of the doctors to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs and company policies.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team and verify insurance payments and collections.
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain the office staff.
  • Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss.
  • Align sales plans to support business goals and create strategies to increase profitability.
  • Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and business performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
  • Experience in sales or sales management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data effectively.
