Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the office team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, from interviewing potential candidates to making hiring decisions.
  • Ensure the office complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Oversee office budgets, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Manage the inventory of office and dental supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational at all times.
  • Optimize office scheduling and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure all patient and office records are maintained accurately and securely, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the practice.

Requirements
